Operations Supervisor

Job Description/Specification:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. This role is responsible for supervising teams, optimizing processes, and supporting management in achieving operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, coach, and monitor team members to achieve performance targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics
• Identify process improvements and implement efficiency initiatives
• Handle operational issues, escalations, and problem resolution
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
• Prepare reports on performance, attendance, and operational metrics
• Support training and development of team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5+ years of experience in operations, production, or team supervision
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of operational processes and performance metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
