Senior Travel Operations Manager

Job Description/Specification:

Join UNLTD Travel & Tourism W.L.L. as a Senior Travel Operations Manager and lead the delivery of exceptional travel experiences across corporate and leisure segments. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end travel operations, optimize workflows, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in Doha.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily travel operations including bookings, ticketing, itineraries, and customer support
• Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure competitive rates and service quality
• Lead, mentor, and develop the travel operations team to achieve performance targets
• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, customer service, and operations teams
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement
• Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Implement systems and processes to improve workflow, accuracy, and turnaround time
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations, company policies, and industry standards

Requirements:

• Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Good understanding of travel booking systems and processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and international clients
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
