Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to oversee and manage daily customer support operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, service knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, support staff, and internal teams. The Customer Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining CIS BB LLC’s reputation for excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer support activities including inquiries, issue resolution, and service follow-ups.
  • Liaise with clients to understand needs and provide timely assistance.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to service quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications, service requests, and resolutions.
  • Support the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on support performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s business regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support coordination or client services.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service processes and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
