Logistics Operations Lead

Job Description/Specification:

T-Digitali Logistics is seeking a high-energy Logistics Operations Lead to spearhead our distribution and fulfillment hub in Al Sadd. This is a critical leadership role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical acumen to optimize complex delivery networks. You will be responsible for ensuring that our "last-mile" commitments are met with 100% accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities * Network Coordination: Oversee the daily dispatch and routing of the delivery fleet, utilizing real-time GPS and logistics software to minimize delays.

• Operational Efficiency: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain, from warehouse sorting to final delivery, ensuring maximum resource utilization.
• Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of drivers and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, punctuality, and high performance.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Maintain rigorous daily logs of delivery metrics, fuel consumption, and incident reports to present to regional management.

Professional Requirements * Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Proven expertise in using Logistics Management Systems (LMS) and advanced routing software.
• Thorough knowledge of Doha’s municipal road regulations and traffic patterns, specifically within the Al Sadd and surrounding central districts.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make rapid decisions under operational pressure.
