Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure processes run efficiently
• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of operational tasks
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables
• Assist in improving operational systems and procedures
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the operations team

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
