Director of Real Estate Development

Job Description/Specification:

Bolkar Emlak Real Estate Qatar is seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate Development to lead and deliver high-value property development projects in Doha. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments from concept to completion. What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end real estate development projects from acquisition through delivery
• Identify and evaluate development opportunities and investment feasibility
• Oversee project planning, design coordination, budgeting, and execution
• Manage consultants, contractors, and development partners
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning, and permitting requirements
• Drive project timelines, cost control, and quality standards
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing teams to align development strategy
• Monitor market trends, property demand, and competitive landscape
• Mitigate risks and resolve project challenges to ensure successful delivery
• Build and lead high-performing development teams

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate development, property development, or construction leadership
• Strong understanding of development lifecycle, feasibility, and project execution
• Ability to manage large-scale projects and multiple stakeholders
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with local real estate regulations and market dynamics
• Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field
