Senior Operations Manager

Job Description/Specification:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving efficiency across multiple departments. You will play a crucial part in developing and implementing strategies that support the company's growth objectives and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

• Manage and optimize operational processes across various departments
• Lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance and fostering professional growth
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure operational goals are met
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in operational software and MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
