Senior Operations Manager (Business Services)

Job Description/Specification:

Team JSB Business Services W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize business service operations in Doha. This role is responsible for managing service delivery, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes across multiple service lines. If you are a strong operational leader with experience in business services or corporate support functions, this is a key leadership opportunity.

What you'll do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across business service functions and client accounts
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality
• Manage teams across administration, customer service, and service delivery units
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational outcomes
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices
• Coordinate with sales and account management teams to support client growth
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and operational costs
• Handle escalations and ensure strong client satisfaction
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management
