Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Qatar. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, ensuring a positive customer experience, assisting with service-related issues, and maintaining satisfaction levels by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. The role requires effective communication and the ability to deliver consistent solutions to meet the diverse needs of customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering quality Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high service standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in computer systems and technology used in customer support operations is an asset
  • Previous experience in customer service roles and knowledge of the driving education industry are advantages
