Job Description/Specification:

PropPartnerz Real Estate & Property Management LLC is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee property operations, optimize portfolio performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery across residential and commercial assets. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong expertise in real estate operations, property management, and tenant relations.

You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, maximizing property value, and delivering exceptional tenant experiences.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial property portfolios
• Develop and implement property management and operational strategies
• Manage tenant relations, lease agreements, and occupancy performance
• Monitor property performance, budgets, and financial metrics
• Coordinate maintenance, facilities management, and vendor services
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, contracts, and company policies
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with sales, leasing, and finance teams to support business goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop property management and operations teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in real estate operations or property management
• Proven track record in managing property portfolios and operational performance
• Strong knowledge of leasing, tenant management, and facilities operations
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and vendor relationships
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
