Hotel Operations Director

Job Description/Specification:

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Director / Hospitality Operations Manager to lead overall hotel performance, guest experience, and operational excellence across a premium hospitality and wellness environment. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone passionate about delivering world-class guest service and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality standards
• Lead and develop department heads and operational teams
• Manage budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Implement hospitality SOPs and service improvement strategies
• Handle guest feedback resolution and service recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and hospitality regulations

Requirements

• Strong experience in 4–5 star hotel environments preferred
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset
