Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

Job Description/Specification:

Team Malaya Community Development & Services LLC is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Manager to lead impact measurement, program evaluation, and performance tracking across community development initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about using data to drive meaningful social impact and improve program effectiveness.

You will play a key role in designing evaluation frameworks, ensuring accountability, and strengthening evidence-based decision-making across projects.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks for programs and projects
• Develop KPIs, indicators, and data collection tools to measure impact and performance
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess program effectiveness
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements, reporting standards, and evaluation best practices
• Conduct field visits, assessments, and program reviews
• Collaborate with program teams to improve implementation and outcomes
• Lead capacity-building initiatives and training on M&E practices
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, or program evaluation
• Proven track record in designing M&E frameworks and reporting systems
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and research methods
• Experience in community development, NGOs, or social impact sectors is preferred
• Proficiency in data tools (Excel, statistical software, dashboards)
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field
