We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to support our sales team by accurately entering, managing, and maintaining sales-related data. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in data management software to ensure smooth sales operations and reporting.
- Accurately enter and update sales orders, invoices, and customer information into the company database.
- Maintain and organize sales records for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist the sales team with preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support in tracking sales performance, targets, and commissions.
- Manage electronic and hard-copy filing systems for sales documents.
- Communicate with internal teams (finance, warehouse, logistics) for smooth order processing.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team when required.
- Ensure compliance with data confidentiality and company policies.
