We’re supporting a rapidly growing healthcare technology organisation that is expanding its analytics and transformation capability as it continues to scale across the region.

The company builds advanced digital platforms used by healthcare providers to improve operational performance, automate processes, and enhance data-driven decision making.

They are now looking to hire a Business Analyst to support a range of initiatives focused on process optimisation, systems improvement, and operational efficiency across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Supporting operational and technology improvement initiatives
• Conducting process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimisation
• Analysing operational data to generate insights and recommendations
• Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams

What we’re looking for

• Exposure to RCM processes/software in the healthcare sector
• Strong experience in Business Analysis or Process Improvement
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, or gap analysis
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
