Job Description/Specification:

Operations Manager (F&B) – Flat White Specialty Coffee | Doha, Qatar

Flat White Specialty Coffee is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and elevate our multi-branch café operations in Doha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experience
• Drive sales performance, cost control, and profitability (P&L ownership)
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and teams
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations
• Optimize staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the central kitchen, supply chain, and support functions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in F&B operations management (multi-unit experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of P&L, COGS, and operational KPIs
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• GCC experience is an advantage
