Guest Service and Safety Standards

The role combines recreation support with high standards of luxury hospitality. Attendants are expected to welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, assist guests with disabilities, and communicate clearly and professionally.

Employees must follow company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and work cooperatively with colleagues. Safety training and compliance with quality standards are also essential parts of the position.

Qualifications and Certifications

Preferred qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • No supervisory experience required.

Required certifications:

  • Any additional certification or training required by local or state authorities.

Candidates should also be comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems and be able to read instructions, inspect equipment, and recognize potential safety concerns.

Physical Requirements

Recreation Attendants may spend extended periods standing, sitting, or walking during a shift. The role involves moving through different facility areas, including stairs, ramps, uneven or slippery surfaces, and confined spaces.

Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance. Duties may also involve bending, twisting, reaching overhead or below the knees, and handling equipment that requires coordination and manual dexterity.
