Le Méridien is seeking Guest Environment Experts to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and memorable hotel environment. This housekeeping role goes beyond preparing guest rooms. It contributes to the overall guest experience by ensuring that rooms, public areas, and shared spaces meet the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards.
Guest Environment Experts work across a range of housekeeping duties, responding to guest requests, preparing and replenishing cleaning carts, and maintaining the appearance of hotel spaces. The role suits people who take pride in their work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and understand how a well-maintained environment supports guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Environment Experts help create a comfortable and memorable stay through duties such as:

Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces.

Delivering guest requests promptly and courteously.

Stocking and replenishing housekeeping carts and supplies.

Maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and presentation of assigned areas.

Following hotel safety procedures, policies, and operating standards.

Protecting guest privacy and handling confidential information appropriately.

Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

Performing other reasonable duties as required by hotel management.
The role requires flexibility and initiative. Employees are expected to move around their assigned areas and take action to maintain the hotel’s standards without waiting for every task to be assigned.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
This is an active, hands-on position. Employees may need to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and regularly move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (approximately 23 kilograms) without assistance.
Applicants should be comfortable with physical housekeeping duties and working in a busy hotel environment where cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail are essential.
