The Ned Doha is seeking friendly and service-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to join its food and beverage team at one of the city's distinctive luxury lifestyle destinations. Located in the historic former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned combines architectural heritage with contemporary hospitality, offering guests a unique dining and leisure experience.
The hotel features seven dining concepts, 90 guest rooms, elegant event spaces, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club with a rooftop terrace, spa, gym, and outdoor swimming pool.
As a Waiter or Waitress, you will help create memorable dining experiences through attentive service, accurate order handling, and positive guest interactions. Key Responsibilities
Guest Service and Dining Experience
The main responsibility is to provide warm, attentive, and personalised service to every guest. Waiters and Waitresses are expected to welcome customers, understand their needs, and help create a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
Building genuine connections with guests is important. Employees should communicate clearly, respond to requests, and maintain a friendly and professional attitude throughout each service.
Food and Beverage Service
The role involves taking guest orders and serving food and beverages carefully and efficiently. Accuracy, attention to detail, and knowledge of service procedures help ensure that orders are handled correctly and guests receive consistent service.
Employees must also maintain appropriate presentation standards while delivering food and beverages.
Teamwork and Restaurant Operations
