Job Description/Specification:

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC. is seeking an OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) to supervise and escort uncleared personnel working within designated military or secured facilities. The position focuses on access control, personnel accountability, compliance with site security procedures, and maintaining the safety of escorted workers throughout their assigned activities.

The successful candidate will monitor Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel, ensure they follow site rules, record their movements, and maintain visibility of personnel and vehicles while escort duties are being performed. The role also requires vigilance, awareness of potential security concerns, and prompt reporting of unsafe conditions or suspicious behavior.

This opportunity is intended for eligible candidates who can meet the employer's citizenship, deployment, driving, and security-screening requirements and are prepared to work in demanding overseas environments.

Key Responsibilities

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) will provide escort coverage for uncleared personnel and help ensure that site access and daily work activities follow established procedures.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Escort uncleared personnel: Accompany Local National and Other Country National workers while they perform assigned duties in designated areas.

  • Manage personnel accountability: Record personnel entering and leaving controlled areas and count workers before and after their assigned tasks.

  • Communicate escort details: Inform the appropriate personnel about the number of workers and vehicles being escorted.

  • Provide site briefings: Meet workers at the designated entry facility after their access processing and exchange badges have been issued, then explain applicable rules and procedures.

  • Maintain escort coverage: Remain with escorted personnel until their work is completed and the designated work zone has been cleared by trained military Force Protection personnel.

  • Confirm departure: Ensure escorted personnel have exited the base or returned to their designated camps as required.

  • Prevent prohibited items: Monitor compliance with site restrictions concerning weapons, drugs, and other prohibited or contraband items.

  • Maintain visual observation: Keep escorted personnel and vehicles within sight throughout escort activities.

  • Support safety and welfare: Follow applicable protective procedures, including moving to a designated shelter during an attack or other emergency.

  • Report unsafe conditions: Notify the Project or Site Manager and safety staff promptly when hazards or unsafe working conditions are identified.

  • Maintain site housekeeping: Ensure workers follow established cleanliness and housekeeping requirements.

  • Remain alert: Watch for suspicious behavior or comments and notify the appropriate personnel when concerns arise.

  • Perform additional duties: Complete other responsibilities assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for the position:

  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

  • Ability to meet current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements, as specified in the job description.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid residency visa for the host country.

  • Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust and high temperatures.

  • Willingness and physical ability to endure long working hours, outdoor exposure, and potentially hazardous conditions.

The supplied job description does not specify a minimum educational qualification or a required number of years of previous work experience.

Security Clearance and Deployment Requirements

This position requires a NACI/Public Trust security clearance or screening designation, as stated in the vacancy description. Applicants should confirm the applicable eligibility and screening requirements with the employer.

The role also involves overseas deployment and requires compliance with the relevant USCENTCOM deployment policy. Candidates should be prepared for the operational demands of working in a controlled-access environment and following established security and safety procedures.
