Key Responsibilities
Crew Transportation, Accommodation and Travel
The Crew Logistics Officer will organise and monitor the arrangements required for crew members travelling for flight duties and training.
Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating crew transportation, hotel bookings, and travel arrangements.

Liaising with service providers to plan and execute crew logistics requirements.

Monitoring arranged services to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

Coordinating station entry requirements with the appropriate service providers.

Preparing crew general declarations (GD) and travel notifications for relevant stakeholders, as required by operational procedures.

Arranging logistics for training assignments in coordination with the Flight Operations Support team.
Visa, Vaccination and Documentation Management
Ensuring that crew members meet mandatory travel and regulatory requirements is a central responsibility.
The successful candidate will:

Arrange and monitor crew visa and vaccination processes with relevant authorities.

Ensure required crew documentation remains valid and up to date.

Maintain and update crew records in the QE/QR operations management system.

Monitor document expiry dates and escalate upcoming expirations to the Senior Crewing Officer.

Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain attendance sheets and certificates on a monthly basis.
Crew Records and Qualification Updates

Qualifications and Experience
