  • Arranging business visas for visiting employees and visitors, particularly those in critical positions.

  • Managing the timely issuance and renewal of business and trade licences, along with related corporate filings.

Administrative and Leadership Support

In addition to government relations, the position provides administrative support to district leadership. Duties include managing calendars, arranging meetings, coordinating business travel and visa processing, and tracking expenses.

The role also involves preparing reports, presentations and dashboards, supporting HR activities such as onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations and asset handovers, and coordinating office supplies, vendors and administrative systems.

Maintaining SharePoint sites and shared drives is another responsibility, helping ensure that documents are organised, accessible and properly controlled.

Compliance and Records Management

The successful candidate must maintain accurate, audit-ready records covering immigration, licensing and insurance. This includes monitoring expiry dates, tracking important deadlines, setting up renewal and inspection alerts, and ensuring confidential information is handled in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • A diploma or higher qualification, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Three to five years of experience in PRO, GRO or office administration roles.

  • Proven knowledge of Qatari immigration procedures, labour laws and government processes.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email systems and document management tools.

  • A valid Qatar ID (QID), with a No Objection Certificate (NOC), and a valid Qatar driving licence.
