Job Summary
As a Guest Experience Expert, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests, handling a variety of operational and guest service responsibilities while creating engaging and memorable experiences. You will have the flexibility and empowerment to take initiative and deliver outstanding service at every stage of the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes while ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and service needs.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, attractions, and local destinations.
- Personalize guest interactions to create memorable experiences.
Front Office Operations
- Process operational and administrative tasks accurately.
- Complete reports, records, and guest-related documentation as required.
- Support rooms and guest services operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
- Handle transactions and guest interactions professionally and efficiently.
Guest Experience Enhancement
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions.
- Take ownership of guest concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Share local recommendations and destination highlights with guests.
- Deliver service that reflects Marriott International and Le Méridien brand standards.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- No previous work experience required.
- Previous hospitality, customer service, retail, or front office experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
