The ideal candidate brings extensive consultancy experience and a hands-on approach to multidisciplinary site coordination and team management.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

  • Contract Administration: Apply sound knowledge of FIDIC-based contract administration, review contractor payment applications, handle variations, claims, and extension-of-time requests, and track NCR closeouts and as-built records.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, designers, subcontractors, and statutory authorities, preparing concise weekly/monthly progress reports and management recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant construction experience, including at least 5 years serving as a Project Manager or Senior Resident Engineer within a construction supervision consultancy. Strong Qatar/GCC experience (7+ years preferred).

  • Languages: Excellent spoken and written professional English, with native Arabic proficiency required.

  • Technical Expertise: Thorough knowledge of building construction, Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), QA/QC, and FIDIC-based contract administration. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, MS Office, and document-control systems.

  • Certifications: PMP certification and MMUP/UPDA registration are preferred.

  • Availability: Candidates already based in Qatar with the ability to join immediately or on minimal notice are strongly preferred.
