The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support its Sales & Marketing operations. The successful candidate will handle guest reservations, process Marriott Rewards requests, maximize revenue through upselling opportunities, and ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with The Ritz-Carlton's world-renowned luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, fax, and other communication channels.
- Process Marriott Rewards point redemptions and maintain accurate guest loyalty program records.
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries, requests, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Data Administration, and other departments to resolve guest requests.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize hotel revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Promote and maintain The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott brand standards.
- Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, email correspondence, and documentation management.
- Support sales and marketing activities through accurate record-keeping and communication.
- Assist with employee training and serve as a positive role model within the team.
Requirements
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent
✅ Minimum 2 years of related work experience
✅ Strong customer service and guest relations skills
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office administration
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hotel reservations, hospitality sales, or front office operations.
