Ibis & Adagio Doha is seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to oversee daily reservations operations and ensure efficient management of booking activities across the hotel and serviced apartment portfolio. The role is responsible for maximizing occupancy, supporting revenue objectives, maintaining reservation accuracy, and leading the reservations team to deliver exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Reservations Operations
- Supervise daily reservation activities and ensure prompt handling of booking inquiries.
- Manage individual, corporate, group, and long-stay reservations.
- Process reservation amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
- Monitor room availability, inventory controls, booking conditions, and room rates.
- Ensure reservation records, guest profiles, payment details, and booking documentation are accurate and up to date.
Revenue & Commercial Support
- Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize room sales and occupancy.
- Support approved pricing and revenue strategies.
- Maximize booking conversions and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor tentative bookings, deposits, cancellations, and no-show reports.
- Analyze booking trends and recommend actions to improve performance.
Guest Service
- Handle reservation inquiries professionally through phone, email, and online channels.
- Resolve reservation-related guest concerns and complaints efficiently.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the booking process.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and support Reservations Agents.
- Monitor team performance and service quality.
- Provide training and guidance on reservation procedures and systems.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare reservation reports and performance analysis.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and booking trends.
- Ensure compliance with Accor brand standards and hotel policies.
- Maintain guest data confidentiality and data protection standards.
Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Hospitality Management
- Hotel Administration
- Business Administration
- Related field

Minimum 2 years of hotel reservations experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior reservations role.
