Hamad International Airport is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and monitor outsourced cleaning operations across airport facilities. The successful candidate will ensure cleaning services are delivered according to agreed standards, KPIs, safety requirements, and operational procedures while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor cleaning services delivered by outsourced janitorial contractors.
- Conduct joint cleaning inspections and audits to ensure compliance with service agreements and KPIs.
- Verify that cleaning activities are performed according to MATAR standards and procedures.
- Ensure contractors comply with airport safety requirements and operational regulations.
- Review and understand documentation related to cleaning operations and service delivery.
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain accurate daily shift reports.
- Highlight operational issues and concerns to ensure continuity of workflow.
- Support a collaborative team environment and contribute to operational excellence.
- Ensure cleaning operations are carried out safely and efficiently throughout airport facilities.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- High School Certificate, Vocational Qualification, Diploma, or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Accredited cleaning certification such as BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) or similar recognized qualification.
