About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Server Assistant to join its Food & Beverage team. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by supporting restaurant servers, maintaining dining areas, and ensuring guests receive attentive and efficient service consistent with Four Seasons standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Food Servers in delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.
- Assist in providing professional and friendly service in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Clear, clean, and reset restaurant tables quickly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas throughout service.
- Polish silverware, prepare service stations, and perform side duties.
- Refill condiments and assist with table maintenance during service.
- Support smooth restaurant operations by assisting colleagues as needed.
- Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Good general food and beverage knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to perform duties according to Four Seasons service standards.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist wherever required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
