Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha is seeking an experienced Team Leader - Engineering to join its Engineering Department. The successful candidate will oversee daily engineering operations, support maintenance activities across the property, and help ensure that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise engineering team members in daily maintenance operations.
- Ensure the effective upkeep of hotel facilities, systems, and equipment.
- Monitor building maintenance activities and support preventative maintenance programs.
- Identify and implement cost-effective improvement initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining quality and operational standards throughout the property.
- Support the continuous development and efficiency of engineering processes.
- Ensure a safe and productive working environment for all team members.
Requirements
- Relevant educational qualification in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver excellent guest service and build positive relationships.
- Previous experience with international luxury hotel brands is preferred.
- Adaptability to multicultural work environments.
