Job Description/Specification:


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the head office, implement management requirements, and accurately submit work plans, reports and statements in a timely manner.
  • Oversee daily administration of the branch, including accounting, document and seal management, confidentiality control, archives management, meeting organization, publicity, event planning and group reception.
  • Implement corporate governance and related management in line with head office policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct external liaison and coordination in Qatar, including regulators, government authorities and embassies.
  • Manage overall general affairs and logistics to ensure smooth daily operation of the bank.
  • Assist in human resources work including recruitment and employee services.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major in economics, accounting, finance or related preferred; master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in overseas financial institutions (banking, Big 4 accounting firms, etc.).
  • Good command of both Chinese and English; English as working language.
  • Experience in administration, general management or executive office is preferred.
  • Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
  • Able to adapt to overseas working and living environment in Doha.
