Job Overview
Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join its Diesel Generator Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating revenue opportunities, and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales journey.
This role requires strong sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify customer needs while maximizing sales of diesel generators, financing solutions, trade-ins, and related products.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining required profit margins.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into successful sales.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Promote financing and insurance solutions that align with customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
- Guide customers through a seamless end-to-end sales process.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Lead Management
- Manage enquiries received through telephone, online channels, and walk-in customers.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up actions.
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of diesel generators and related products.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with branch management and sales teams to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of diesel generator sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in industrial equipment, generators, heavy equipment, or related sales sectors is an advantage.
