We are currently seeking a Global Sales & Operations Analyst to join our Cargo Product Team in Doha and contribute to our continued growth and transformation.
Job Overview
The Global Sales & Operations Analyst will support the operational management of cargo space allocations, pricing activities, and system processes while delivering valuable insights through data analysis and performance reporting. The role requires close collaboration with global sales teams, product development functions, and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on commercial, operational, and financial performance across Qatar Airways Cargo products.
- Monitor and support global sales initiatives and product development activities.
- Assist in driving digitalization and automation projects across the cargo network.
- Develop training materials and support resources for operational and commercial teams.
- Create professional sales presentations, reports, and business development materials.
- Provide sales and product support to Head Office and global customer accounts.
- Identify operational and data-related bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including operational performance, on-time performance, and electronic data exchange metrics.
- Support innovative solutions that enhance business efficiency and overall performance.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, or product development environments.
- Cargo, logistics, freight forwarding, or aviation industry experience is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong experience with Power BI and Tableau.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Data analytics, reporting, and visualization expertise.
Professional Skills
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting business transformation and change initiatives.
- Project management experience is considered an advantage.
