Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Snoomart commercial campaign calendar across multiple internal functions.
- Support Category Managers and Category Executives with supplier-funded and internally driven promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign setup, promotional mechanics, supplier participation, timelines, and launch readiness.
- Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, documentation, and project plans.
- Validate pricing, discounts, product assortment, promotional mechanics, and campaign content before launch.
- Coordinate with Inventory and Operations to confirm stock availability for promotional products.
- Ensure products are correctly categorized, searchable, and digitally merchandised.
- Coordinate banners, landing pages, collections, push notifications, emails, and other campaign communications.
- Support homepage placements, featured products, promotional collections, and digital merchandising.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify underperforming promotions requiring corrective action.

- Coordinate Retail Media and AdTech campaigns with Snoomart partners and track delivery against commitments.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking across pricing, promotions, assortment, and campaign mechanics.
- Support process improvements, commercial trackers, reporting automation, and more efficient campaign workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial coordination, trade marketing, campaign management, category support, marketing coordination, retail, e-commerce, or Q-commerce.
- Experience in grocery retail, FMCG, e-commerce, marketplaces, or Q-commerce is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting promotional campaigns and cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with CRM campaigns such as push notifications, in-app messaging, and email marketing is an advantage.

- Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of project management tools is also beneficial.
Who Should Apply?
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of commercial planning, marketing, retail, and technology. You should be comfortable coordinating several teams simultaneously and making sure small details—from pricing and assortment to campaign content and stock availability—are correct before launch.
Candidates from grocery, FMCG, marketplace, e-commerce, or Q-commerce environments may have an advantage because these businesses require fast campaign execution and close coordination between commercial and operational teams.
Skills That Will Help You Succeed
Strong organization is essential because the role involves managing campaign calendars, deadlines, deliverables, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders.
Analytical ability is equally important. You will need to interpret sales performance, promotional uplift, customer behavior, and campaign results to identify what is working and where corrective action may be required.
Digital merchandising knowledge can also help you succeed, particularly when coordinating product visibility, collections, landing pages, search placement, and promotional content across the customer journey.
How to Stand Out
Your CV should demonstrate hands-on campaign coordination and measurable commercial results wherever possible.
Highlight campaigns you have supported, the categories or products involved, supplier coordination experience, reporting responsibilities, and any improvements you made to campaign execution.
Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for commercial tracking should be clearly stated. If you have worked with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, CRM platforms, or e-commerce merchandising tools, include those skills as well.
Interview Preparation
Prepare examples of campaigns where you coordinated several departments under a tight deadline. You may be asked how you would handle missing campaign assets, incorrect pricing, insufficient stock, or a stakeholder who misses a critical deadline.
Be ready to explain how you measure promotional performance and what metrics you would review after a campaign. Questions may also explore competitor analysis, digital merchandising, supplier coordination, customer behavior, and cross-functional problem solving.
A strong answer should show that you do not simply coordinate tasks—you actively look for ways to improve execution and commercial performance.
Career Growth
The position provides exposure to commercial planning, category management, digital merchandising, CRM, retail media, analytics, supplier campaigns, and e-commerce operations. This combination can provide a strong foundation for future roles in Commercial Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, E-Commerce, Retail Media, or Growth Marketing.
Snoonu also highlights learning budgets, access to courses and tools, autonomy, flexible time off, and an Agile working environment as part of its employee offering.
