Al Hattab Investment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, process compliance, and continuous improvement, with experience in investment, real estate, construction, or diversified business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality standards across projects, operations, and business activities.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with approved procedures, specifications, company policies, and quality requirements.
- Prepare quality reports, performance analyses, and documentation to support management decision-making.
- Track quality indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Collaborate closely with project, operational, and management teams to ensure consistent delivery of quality standards.
- Monitor processes to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance operational excellence.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance.
- Preferred experience within investment, real estate, construction, or diversified business sectors.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently based in Qatar.
- Valid Qatar ID.
- Qatar Driving License (highly preferred).
