We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor with a strong background in XLPE foam manufacturing to oversee supply chain operations, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics activities within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily supply chain operations for XLPE foam production, ensuring optimal inventory turnover, resource utilization, and production support.
- Monitor raw material inventories, including resins and additives, as well as finished goods stock levels to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
- Supervise warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams while coordinating with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Maintenance departments.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, shipment delays, and operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, warehouse safety procedures, and 5S standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational waste.
- Track inventory performance, material availability, and logistics activities to support uninterrupted plant operations.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Diploma holders with relevant industry experience may also be considered.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or materials management.
- Mandatory experience within plastic manufacturing, continuous foam production, or XLPE foam manufacturing environments.
- Minimum 3 years of XLPE production factory experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Quality and Production experience.

- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
- Knowledge of inventory control, logistics planning, and warehouse operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently available in Qatar.
- Valid Qatari Driving License.
- Fluent in English.
