OnlyRoses is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead our premium floral boutique. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the professional florist industry, proven leadership experience, and a successful track record in driving both in-store and WhatsApp sales.
This role requires hands-on floral retail management, team leadership, customer relationship management, and operational excellence to ensure exceptional customer experiences and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day boutique operations.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales and florist team.
- Drive boutique and WhatsApp sales through prompt customer engagement, product recommendations, follow-ups, and order conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP, corporate, and repeat customers.
- Oversee floral arrangements, bouquets, and customized orders while ensuring consistent quality and presentation standards.
- Manage fresh and preserved flower inventory, purchasing, flower care, stock rotation, and wastage control.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising and exceptional customer service standards.
- Establish operational procedures, staff responsibilities, and daily checklists.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, enquiry conversion rates, customer follow-up activities, and stock management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the floral industry.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a flower shop or leading a retail florist team.
- Strong knowledge of floral design, fresh and preserved flowers, roses, flower care, and arrangement techniques.
- Proven ability to convert WhatsApp enquiries into sales.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Flower Shop Manager, Floral Retail Manager, Head Florist, or Senior Florist with management responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, staff training, sales, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Premium floral retail experience is highly preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- GCC or Qatar experience is preferred.
