Job Description/Specification:

Snoonu is seeking a seasoned Head of Product to lead its Operations & Logistics product teams in Qatar. The role focuses on building products and services that improve customer, merchant, and courier experiences while making delivery and operational processes faster, more reliable, and scalable. It is a senior product leadership opportunity for professionals with experience across logistics, delivery services, operations, and data-driven product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Operations & Logistics product teams and establish a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive product roadmaps covering logistics and operational initiatives that create measurable value for customers and the business.
  • Define and monitor OKRs to track product progress, outcomes, and strategic priorities.
  • Coach and mentor Product Managers, helping them strengthen their product-management capabilities and develop professionally.
  • Work closely with business and operational stakeholders to translate complex challenges into practical product roadmaps.
  • Maintain alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholders remain informed about priorities and progress.
  • Partner with engineering and technology leaders to accelerate development and deployment of logistics and operational capabilities.
  • Balance development speed with product quality, reliability, and operational requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify internal processes, improve operational efficiency, and support product scalability.
  • Encourage experimentation and innovation across Operations & Logistics product development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, specifically involving logistics, operations, or delivery services.
  • Proven experience managing and leading high-performing product teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile practices and Scrum methodologies.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights and support data-driven product decisions.
  • Experience working effectively in fast-moving and relatively unstructured environments.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills across multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex product or technical concepts to different audiences.
  • Degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Fluent English is essential; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Who Should Apply?

This role is particularly suited to senior Product Managers, Group Product Managers, Product Directors, and product leaders who have worked directly with logistics, last-mile delivery, marketplace operations, or other operationally intensive businesses.

The ideal profile is not simply someone who has managed software products. You should understand the operational realities behind delivery and logistics, including the need to balance customer expectations, operational efficiency, business economics, technology constraints, and scalability.

Experience leading other Product Managers is important because the position includes coaching, mentoring, roadmap oversight, and development of the wider product organization.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed

Strong product strategy is central to this position. You should be able to convert broad operational problems into clear product opportunities, prioritize them, and establish measurable outcomes.

Data analysis is equally important. Product decisions should be supported by meaningful metrics and reporting rather than assumptions. Experience with OKRs, product performance indicators, operational metrics, and experimentation can help.

You will also need strong stakeholder-management skills because logistics products typically involve operations, engineering, commercial teams, customers, merchants, couriers, and other stakeholders.

Agile and Scrum experience will help you manage fast product cycles while maintaining clear priorities and delivery discipline.

How to Stand Out

Your CV should demonstrate business impact, not just the products you managed.

Highlight examples where you improved delivery efficiency, reduced operational costs, increased customer or merchant satisfaction, improved courier performance, increased product adoption, or scaled a logistics capability.

Where possible, quantify your results. Metrics such as delivery-time improvements, order-volume growth, conversion, retention, operational cost reduction, incident reduction, or productivity gains can make your experience more concrete.

Also show the size of the product teams you have led and the Product Managers you have coached. Explain how you established roadmaps, managed OKRs, and handled competing priorities.

Interview Preparation

Prepare to discuss a logistics or delivery product you have managed from strategy through execution. Be ready to explain the original operational problem, customer impact, product approach, prioritization process, metrics, launch, and results.

You may be asked how you would improve a delivery operation where customers are experiencing delays. Consider how you would investigate the problem using data before deciding which product interventions should be prioritized.

Leadership questions may focus on how you coach Product Managers, manage disagreements between product and engineering, or maintain alignment when stakeholders have competing priorities.

You should also prepare examples showing how you have worked in ambiguous environments and converted an unclear business challenge into a structured product roadmap.

Career Growth

A Head of Product role across Operations & Logistics provides broad exposure to product strategy, marketplace operations, logistics technology, delivery systems, data, customer experience, and product leadership. The experience can support progression into senior product leadership roles overseeing larger product organizations or multiple business domains.
