Job Description/Specification:
Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to join its Digital, Experience & Innovation team in Doha. The role focuses on supporting digital products built on the Salesforce platform, with responsibilities spanning business analysis, requirements gathering, system implementation, testing, user adoption, and post-go-live support. It is suited to professionals who can connect business needs with digital product delivery and customer experience improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support roadmap planning and phased implementation of digital products across Qatar Airways Cargo.
- Gather and analyze user feedback from departments including Sales, Operations, Network Planning, and Revenue Management to identify process and customer experience gaps.
- Conduct business requirements workshops and document current processes, user stories, and proposed product enhancements.
- Assess Salesforce capabilities and identify how the platform can address business and operational challenges.
- Support the product team throughout the delivery lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration, go-live, adoption, and ongoing support.
- Assist with Salesforce configuration and solution development where required.
- Prepare User Acceptance Testing scenarios and support test-case execution to help ensure reliable production releases.
- Assist with post-go-live support and contribute to change management activities that encourage successful adoption of new solutions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials to communicate project progress and customer experience initiatives to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of enterprise digital products and their impact on systems, processes, and customer experience.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Salesforce development experience is desirable.
- Proven business analysis and software testing experience within a digital environment.
- Experience supporting project management activities, particularly system transition, testing, implementation, and application support.
Who Should Apply?
This opportunity is particularly relevant to digital product analysts, business analysts, application analysts, and technology professionals who have worked closely with business teams during digital transformation projects.
The strongest candidates will be comfortable moving between business and technology discussions. You should be able to understand a user's problem, translate it into clear requirements, work with product or technical teams on a solution, and then help validate and implement that solution.
Experience with Salesforce can strengthen your profile, especially if you have been involved in configuration, testing, user adoption, or business process improvement.
Skills That Will Help You Succeed
The role requires a combination of analytical, technical, and communication skills. Business analysis and requirements gathering are central, while knowledge of Salesforce provides useful technical context.
You should also be comfortable creating user stories, documenting processes, preparing UAT scenarios, analyzing feedback, and supporting implementation activities. Strong Excel, presentation, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills will help when communicating project progress and customer experience improvements to management.
Adaptability is equally important because digital products often change through multiple implementation and improvement phases.
How to Stand Out
Your CV should demonstrate what you delivered, rather than simply listing digital or Salesforce responsibilities. Highlight projects where you gathered requirements, improved a process, supported system implementation, conducted UAT, or helped users adopt a new digital solution.
Where possible, include measurable results such as reduced processing time, improved adoption, fewer support issues, faster testing cycles, higher user satisfaction, or successful implementation milestones.
If you have Salesforce configuration experience, clearly identify the type of work you performed and how it supported a business requirement.
Interview Preparation
Expect questions around business analysis, digital product delivery, Salesforce, testing, and stakeholder management. Prepare examples showing how you have handled unclear requirements, competing stakeholder needs, process gaps, or problems discovered during testing.
You may also be asked how you would conduct a requirements workshop, turn user feedback into product improvements, prepare UAT scenarios, or support users after a new system goes live.
Be ready to explain one digital project from beginning to end: the business problem, requirements, solution, testing process, implementation, user adoption, and measurable outcome.
Career Growth
This role can provide exposure to digital product management, Salesforce-based enterprise systems, customer experience transformation, business analysis, and technology implementation within a major air cargo environment. Depending on performance and experience gained, professionals can build toward more senior digital product, business analysis, product management, Salesforce, or transformation-focused positions.
