An MIS Executive – Aftersales is responsible for transforming operational data into accurate reports, dashboards, and business insights that support decision-making. - Prepare and analyze monthly MIS and business performance reports for Aftersales operations.
- Monitor KPIs, identify performance trends, and highlight opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare periodic reports for automotive principals and ensure submissions are accurate and delivered on schedule.
- Develop Excel-based dashboards, management reports, presentations, and performance analysis.

- Administer service contracts and extended warranty records, including creation and activation.
- Support Aftersales teams with SAP and other system-related issues in coordination with IT.
- Prepare CAPEX requests, overtime statements, incentive calculations, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of reports, contracts, approvals, and departmental information.
- Support process improvements and system enhancements across Aftersales operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in MIS, business reporting, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience creating MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.
- Experience with SAP or another enterprise resource planning system is highly desirable.
