Job Description/Specification:
AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction activities for large and complex building projects in an international airport environment.
The successful candidate will provide senior-level construction leadership, coordinate site activities, and support the delivery of major airport construction works in accordance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee construction activities for large and complex building works.
- Manage and coordinate site construction activities to support effective project delivery.
- Provide senior-level construction leadership across the project site.
- Coordinate construction activities within an international airport environment.
- Support the delivery of construction works in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth construction progress.
- Monitor and manage site activities in line with project objectives and requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience on large and complex projects.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience on large international airport projects.
- Experience working in an operational airport environment is preferred.
- Strong experience in construction management and site leadership.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex construction activities and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong communication, coordination, and construction management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience working on major international airport projects, particularly within an operational airport environment, will be an advantage.
