Job Description/Specification:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Business Development Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate development principles, financial modeling, and feasibility studies. You will work on identifying opportunities, analyzing projects, and supporting the development process from concept stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities in line with company strategy.
- Conduct market research and assess feasibility studies for projects.
- Engage on financial models and analyze project viability.
- Create and present reports, proposals, and presentations using PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning and execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate development or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and feasibility.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
