💼 Key Responsibilities

Review customer technical requirements and prepare inquiry documentation for the Technical Department.

Coordinate pricing information with Finance and prepare accurate commercial quotations and offers.

Prepare and coordinate bids, estimates, tenders, and supporting documentation before submission deadlines.

Maintain updated price lists in coordination with Sales, Technical, and Finance teams.

Prepare customer qualification, vendor-registration, and commercial documentation.

Control documents relating to inquiries, tenders, contracts, sales orders, and project correspondence.

Maintain proper filing, version control, confidentiality, traceability, and document retrieval.
