Job Description/Specification:
Open Limits Design is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience in Qatar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing interior design projects from initial concept development through design coordination and execution follow-up. This role requires a strong creative vision, technical understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with design, drafting, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities

Study project requirements and understand the architectural character, functionality, and overall design direction.

Develop professional furniture layouts, mood boards, and concept boards.

Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.

Develop 3D interior designs or coordinate effectively with the 3D design team.

Establish project timelines and manage design deliverables to meet deadlines.

Review technical and working drawings to ensure they accurately reflect the approved design.

Coordinate with the design, technical drafting, and site execution teams.

Monitor project execution and follow up on site to ensure the approved design is implemented correctly.

Identify design or coordination issues and support the team in resolving them efficiently.

Maintain consistency between the approved concept, technical documentation, and final execution.
Requirements

3–5 years of professional interior design experience in Qatar.

Strong creative and design skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.

Ability to understand and review technical and working drawings.

Proven ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with designers, draftsmen, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Strong understanding of the complete interior design process, from concept to execution.
