Job Description/Specification:
Mind Institute Therapy Clinic in Doha is seeking an experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a well‑resourced clinic dedicated to supporting children and young people with autism and learning disorders.
Key Responsibilities

Assess children with autism, developmental language disorder, speech sound disorders, feeding and swallowing difficulties, and complex communication needs.

Develop individualized therapy plans and write detailed reports.

Deliver evidence‑based therapy, including AAC methods (PECS, Makaton, communication devices).

Supervise and mentor junior therapists and therapy assistants.

Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, and behavior analysts on shared treatment plans.

Contribute to diagnostic assessments and service development.

Provide parent training and family support.

Drive quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy / Speech‑Language Pathology.

Current professional registration (HCPC, RCSLT, ASHA CCC‑SLP, SAC, or SPA) with eligibility for QCHP licensing in Qatar.

Minimum 5 years of paediatric experience, including autism.

Previous senior or supervisory responsibility.

Fluent professional English (Arabic is an advantage but not required).
