Le Méridien Doha is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to oversee security, safety, emergency preparedness, and loss prevention operations at its Doha property. This management-level position focuses on protecting guests, employees, and property assets while maintaining effective security procedures and high service standards.

The role is suited to experienced security and loss prevention professionals with hospitality or related industry experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of emergency response, risk management, investigations, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily loss prevention and security operations across the property.
  • Support fire prevention programmes and emergency preparedness activities.
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments, including regular safety audits and incident tracking.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for securing different areas of the property during shutdown periods.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, safety regulations, and established operating procedures.
  • Maintain proper key control procedures and monitor access to secured areas.
  • Check CCTV systems, alarmed doors, duress alarms, and other security equipment regularly.
  • Include inspections of recording and surveillance systems as part of routine property patrols.
