A leading organization in Qatar is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to manage inspection and testing schedules across multiple projects. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with client specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, while supporting technical teams and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inspection and testing schedules across multiple projects and sites.

• Liaise between technical teams, clients, and management to ensure smooth communication.

• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, certificates, compliance records, and audit trails.

• Review reports and test data for accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure adherence to client specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Flag non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.

• Maintain technical databases, inspection results, certifications, and performance metrics.

• Provide technical guidance and resource planning support to inspectors and field teams.

• Coordinate with engineering and other departments to align project objectives.

• Utilize Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and PDF tools for documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in inspection, testing, certification, or quality assurance.

• Familiarity with Third Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) operations.

• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Preferred experience in oil & gas or major industrial projects.
