ATAAD Trading W.L.L., a Qatar-based manufacturer specializing in military, tactical, and technical textile products, is seeking a skilled Cutting Machine Operator to join its production team. This role is vital in ensuring precise cutting of raw materials, supporting daily production targets, and maintaining quality standards in textile and uniform manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate cutting machines (laser, plasma, CNC, die-cutting, blade cutters) according to work orders and technical drawings.

Interpret blueprints, cutting layouts, and technical specifications to achieve accurate dimensions.

Adjust machine settings (speed, blade, tension, depth) to meet production and quality requirements.

Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance to ensure machine readiness.

Monitor cutting processes and inspect materials for defects or deviations.

Ensure correct material type, thickness, and quality are used per production requirements.

Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures, including PPE and machine safety protocols.

Requirements
