ATAAD Trading W.L.L., a Qatar-based manufacturer specializing in military, tactical, and technical textile products, is seeking a skilled Pattern Maker (Modelist/Styler) to support product development and production. This role is central to ensuring that design concepts are accurately translated into production-ready patterns, maintaining quality, fit, and feasibility across diverse textile and uniform projects.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and create accurate patterns based on design sketches, technical drawings, and specifications.

Interpret measurement charts and design concepts into production-ready formats.

Collaborate with designers to align patterns with product requirements.

Prepare grading and size specifications for manufacturing.

Adjust and refine patterns based on fittings, prototypes, and production feedback.

Work closely with production and sample development teams to ensure correct implementation.

Verify technical feasibility of patterns for industrial manufacturing.

Maintain organized documentation of patterns, technical files, and measurement specifications.

Support prototype development to confirm fit, functionality, and design accuracy.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Pattern Making, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in pattern making within textile, garment, or uniform manufacturing.

Proven expertise in garment construction for woven and knit garments.

Experience in industrial pattern development and technical textiles preferred.

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, technical drawings, and site coordination.

Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software (ASSYST preferred; GERBER or similar an advantage).

Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Currently based in Qatar with relevant manufacturing experience.
