Job Description/Specification:


Qatar Executive is looking for a Cabin Crew Performance Manager based in Doha. This is a key leadership role responsible for guiding and supporting a team of Performance Officers and Cabin Crew to achieve and exceed the company’s high standards. You will collaborate closely with the training and inflight teams to identify development opportunities, implement performance-enhancing strategies, and provide coaching to elevate individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew Performance Manager, you will ensure the compliance of standards and procedures at all times to promote the safety of the airline and deliver an exceptional inflight experience. You will collaborate with the training department to develop training programs that uphold and elevate the onboard service, manage the Performance Officers (PO), Inflight Trainer Checkers (ITC), and Cabin Crew duties to optimize productivity within the operation, and ensure that each PO, ITC, and Cabin Crew member is assessed on their performance according to defined procedures to maintain consistency and improve onboard service standards. You will also develop and implement service standards, procedures, and onboard products in coordination with the Inflight and Training departments, provide welfare and counselling support to Cabin Crew in personal or professional matters, and engage with underperformers by offering feedback aligned with Cabin Service objectives while monitoring their progress. Addressing behavioral and performance issues in line with HR policies, communicating regularly with the team about company and departmental goals, providing feedback on cabin specifications for new aircraft deliveries, and operating as crew when required are also key responsibilities of this role.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have a solid background in performance management or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of job-related experience. Experience as a Flight Attendant in Business Aviation and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, such as a Performance Officer or a comparable position, is preferred.
