Job Description/Specification:
A leading construction company in Qatar is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to manage and monitor quality assurance and quality control activities across major projects. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, project specifications, and client requirements, while driving continuous improvement in quality systems and documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor QA/QC activities across construction projects.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and ISO 9001 requirements.

Review and implement ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Plans.
-
Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality audits.
-
Monitor NCRs and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
-
Support internal, external, and client audits.
-
Maintain QA/QC records and prepare detailed quality reports.
-
Support the QA/QC Manager in achieving quality objectives and continuous improvement.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 10+ years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry.

Qatar construction experience is mandatory.

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification – mandatory.

Valid Quality Management certification.
-
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QA/QC systems, inspections, ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, CAPA, audits, and quality documentation.

Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
