SkyClean Drone Cleaning Company is seeking two motivated Drone Operators to join its expanding operations in Doha, Qatar. The company specializes in drone-based exterior cleaning solutions for high-rise buildings, glass facades, solar panels, and other elevated structures using advanced UAV technology.

Working closely with project supervisors and site teams, Drone Operators will contribute to the successful delivery of cleaning and inspection projects while maintaining high operational and safety standards across all assignments.
About This Role
The Drone Operator will be responsible for operating industrial cleaning drones, conducting equipment inspections, assisting with site setup, monitoring flight activities, and maintaining operational records. The role requires technical aptitude, attention to safety procedures, and the ability to work in outdoor and construction-related environments.
Key Responsibilities
Drone Operations
- Operate industrial UAVs for facade, glass, solar panel, and exterior surface cleaning projects.
- Control and monitor flight activities using remote control and FPV systems.
- Ensure safe and efficient drone deployment at client locations.
- Execute drone missions in accordance with approved operational procedures.
Equipment Inspection & Maintenance
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
- Perform battery health checks, system calibration, and operational readiness assessments.
- Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of drone components and payload systems.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
Site Setup & Technical Support
- Assist in preparing ground support equipment, including pumps, water tanks, hoses, and power systems.
- Support project teams during equipment mobilization and demobilization.
- Ensure all equipment is correctly configured before operations begin.
- Coordinate with supervisors regarding technical and operational requirements.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow QCAA and applicable aviation regulations governing UAV operations.
- Adhere to company safety procedures and risk mitigation measures.
- Monitor surrounding conditions to protect personnel, property, and public safety.
- Report incidents, hazards, and operational concerns promptly.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain flight logs and operational records.
- Document maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
- Record flight hours, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and company requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience
- Experience operating UAVs, drones, RC aircraft, or similar remote-controlled systems is advantageous.
- Experience in outdoor technical operations, maintenance, or field service environments is beneficial.
- Exposure to industrial cleaning, maintenance, construction, or inspection activities is preferred.
